A clear picture of where your sourcing actually depends
In plain figures: how much of your spend rests on a small number of suppliers, and what could be arranged if one of them fell away.

A settled answer to an unsettled question
At the end of the review you will have, on paper, which suppliers your company depends on most, which components have no ready alternative, and where a substitution could realistically be arranged. That tends to sit more comfortably than not knowing, even when the finding is no surprise.
Ref. OFR1-003 / The Problem
When nobody can say exactly how exposed you are
Most companies sense that one or two suppliers matter more than the rest, yet nobody has totalled the spend or checked whether an alternative source exists. The gap between impression and fact is ordinary: purchasing decisions accumulate one at a time and are rarely looked at as a whole.

Reading your purchasing records line by line
We total spend by supplier from your purchasing records and set the proportions out plainly, then look at which components come from only one supplier. For each single-source component we note whether a realistic substitute exists. That is information, not a recommendation to switch.

What working with us looks like
Once the records are with us, the work happens mostly on our side, with occasional short questions when a figure needs explaining. There are no standing meetings. You hear from us at the start to confirm the scope, and again when the report is ready.

How the reading is put together
Every figure in the concentration table traces back to a line in your purchasing records; nothing is estimated. The indicative three weeks is a planning figure for a company with a few dozen suppliers. A long supplier list, or records that need tidying first, can take longer, and we say so in the written scope before starting.
Ref. OFR1-008 / Before Any Fee
Fee and scope are confirmed before work starts
Before any fee applies, we agree in writing what the review covers, how long it is expected to take and what it costs. If the records suggest that another scope would serve you better, we raise it with you before going on, not afterwards.
Ref. OFR1-009 / Next Steps
Getting started is a short message away
Tell us roughly how many suppliers you have and what prompts your interest. We reply with a proposed scope and indicative timeframe for you to confirm. Nothing begins until you have agreed to it in writing.

The other two reviews
Procurement Terms Review
A comparison of payment periods, order minimums and revision clauses across your suppliers, prepared ahead of renewal talks.
Inventory Buffer Assessment
A reading of stock held against actual lead times, separating buffer that protects production from buffer left over from habit.
