Know exactly where your terms differ, and why
A plain comparison of what each supplier has agreed to, so that renewal talks start from the documents and not from guesswork.
Back to homeRef. OFR2-002 / What You Get
Walking into your next renewal already informed
You finish with a clear sense of how your suppliers' terms compare: where one payment period is out of step with the rest, where a minimum order quantity has quietly become inconvenient, and where the current arrangement is, in fact, already reasonable.
Ref. OFR2-003 / The Problem
Terms agreed at different times, rarely compared
Contract terms are usually negotiated one supplier at a time, years apart, by whoever happened to hold that relationship. Reaching a renewal date without knowing how that supplier's terms sit against everyone else's is not carelessness. Nobody had a reason to look across all of them at once.
Ref. OFR2-004 / The Method
Lining every contract up against the others
We read payment periods, minimum order quantities, price revision mechanisms, delivery obligations and the handling of defective goods in your supplier agreements and set them side by side in one comparison. A difference with no visible reason is marked as a point worth raising; a term that already works for you is marked too. This is a comparison of what the documents say, not a legal opinion.
Ref. OFR2-005 / The Experience
What working with us looks like
Once the agreements are with us we work through them on our own, coming back to you only where a clause needs explaining. The review normally closes with a short call to go over the comparison table and the note prepared for each supplier, so you can ask questions before a renewal meeting.

How the comparison is built
Each term in the table is taken from the supplier's own agreement, not from a summary or a verbal understanding of it. The indicative two to three weeks suits a supplier base of moderate size. More contracts, or agreements spread over several formats, may need longer, and that is confirmed with you beforehand.
Ref. OFR2-008 / Before Any Fee
Fee and scope are confirmed before work starts
The scope, the number of agreements covered and the fee are written down and agreed before any records change hands. If the number of suppliers turns out to be larger than first described, we say so and agree a revised scope with you in writing before going further.
Ref. OFR2-009 / Next Steps
A short message is all it takes to begin
Tell us roughly how many suppliers are involved and whether a renewal date is coming up. We reply with a proposed scope for you to confirm. Nothing starts until you have agreed to it.

The other two reviews
Supplier Concentration Review
A factual look at where purchasing depends on a small number of sources, and what could realistically be arranged if one were interrupted.
Inventory Buffer Assessment
A reading of stock held against actual lead times, separating buffer that protects production from buffer left over from habit.
