Three separate lines of enquiry

Each review below answers one question about how a company buys: where spend is concentrated, what the terms say, or how much stock is really needed. You can commission one, several, or none while you decide. Prices are guide prices for a standard scope; the written scope states the final amount and whether consumption tax is included.

What each review delivers

  • Concentration table by supplier
  • Single-source component note
  • Available substitutions listed

What the fee reflects

Pricing reflects the time needed to reconcile your records against the scope of each review, so a company with a long supplier list or untidy records may be quoted above the guide price. If your situation needs a different scope from the one described here, say so in your first message and the written scope will reflect it. Payment method and timing are agreed in the written scope; none is fixed on this site.

Questions before deciding

What records do you need from us?

Purchasing records, supplier agreements and current stock figures, depending on which review is commissioned. The exact list is confirmed once the scope is agreed.

Can we commission more than one review at once?

Yes. The concentration review and the buffer assessment draw on similar records, so they are easy to combine. The written scope then covers both.

What if the review finds nothing of concern?

Then the report says so. An accurate reading that confirms your current practice is a legitimate result, not an unfinished one.

Do you give legal advice on our contracts?

No. The terms review compares what the agreements say. If a clause needs a legal reading, that belongs with a lawyer, and the report flags the clause without interpreting it.

How is payment handled?

It is agreed individually in the written scope. Nothing is paid or collected through this website.
