What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any enquiry you send through it, by email or by phone. They do not themselves form a contract for a review. A review is agreed separately, in a written scope that you have accepted, and is governed by the Terms and Conditions.

• Use the enquiry form, email or phone for genuine questions about a procurement review.
• Give accurate information about your business and what you want reviewed.
• Do not try to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses, or send automated or misleading messages through it.

Descriptions and guide prices

The reviews, deliverables, indicative timeframes and prices shown on the site describe the services in general terms and are guide prices only. They are not an offer that can be accepted by clicking a button. A price becomes binding only when it appears in a written scope that you have accepted, and that scope states the final amount and whether consumption tax is included.

The photographs on the site are illustrative stock images. They do not show the operator, the operator's clients or any real engagement.

Information, not advice

A procurement review reports what a company's own records show. It is not legal advice, not tax or accounting advice, not an audit and not a valuation, and the pages of this site should not be read as such. Where a question needs a lawyer (弁護士), a tax accountant (税理士) or another qualified professional, it should be put to one. No saving, return or other result is promised by anything on this site.

What happens when you write

Sending an enquiry does not commit either side to a review. The operator decides whether an enquiry falls within the three reviews described on the offers page, and may decline one that does not, for example a request for legal advice, for supplier introductions or for recruitment of staff.

What you send is handled under the Privacy Policy

Anything you send through the form, by email or by phone is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information in an enquiry, and do not send purchasing records or contracts until a written scope has been agreed.

Enquiries are read in the order they come in and answered where the operator can usefully do so. A message that is abusive, tries to sell something unrelated, or contains false information about the sender or their business may be left unanswered.

Updates and availability

The operator may change, add or remove pages, offers and prices at any time, and may take the site offline for maintenance. A change to a page does not alter a written scope that you have already accepted; that scope, and the Terms and Conditions in force on the day you accepted it, apply to your review.

Other ways to enquire

Email and phone are treated the same way as the enquiry form: the operator uses what you tell it to answer you and to prepare a written scope. A call may be answered by email, and an email by phone, if that is the quicker way to settle the details.

Text, pictures and design

The text and layout of this site belong to its operator. The stock photographs belong to their respective owners and are used under their licences. Please do not copy the site for use elsewhere without asking.

Limits of the information on this page

The operator takes care to keep the site accurate, but cannot promise that every page is complete or up to date at every moment. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Contract Act. The site may link to other websites, which the operator does not control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. They may be updated, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
